Meet Betty Keepin
|

Betty Keepin, Founder and President
of KeepinTouch
Marketing Communications, is a public relations practitioner with
more than 25 years experience in
marketing communications and media relations. Her experience
includes print and broadcast placement, both nationally and
market-by-market, for a wide-range of Fortune 500, lifestyle and
consumer products, business-to-business and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to starting her own
consultancy in 1994, Keepin was director of public relations for a
New York advertising agency and has held senior management positions
at Burson-Marsteller New York, Jody Donohue Associates and Avon
Products Corporate.
Keepin has created and managed
a variety of successful image-building marketing/public relations
programs, including a multi-million dollar campaign for Gillette
with Celanese, JC Penney and Glamour Magazine; achieved multiple
publicity for Working Woman and Working Mother magazines,
coordinated and managed Avon’s Holiday Open House, and secured
unprecedented on-site print and broadcast media coverage for
Covenant House New York, and World Yacht Enterprises of New York. In
both consumer lifestyles and women’s issues Keepin has secured media
coverage for her corporate clients in such publications as the Wall
Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Gannett, USA Today
and the Associated Press. |
